Ant VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service with integrated Solana wallet functionality. The app creates a Solana wallet for each user, which is used to top up and pay for VPN services. No email or personal information is required for account creation.

3. VPN Policy

Our VPN service is designed to protect your online privacy and security. We do not collect or log any traffic data or browsing activity from individual users connected to our VPN.

3.1. Usage Policy

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the VPN service does not violate any laws or regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

4. Cryptocurrency Policy

Ant VPN integrates with the Solana blockchain to facilitate payments for our services. By using our app, you agree to the following cryptocurrency-related terms:

4.1. Wallet Creation and Management

Upon registration, Ant VPN automatically generates a Solana wallet for each user. This wallet is used to store funds and make payments for VPN services.

4.2. Top-Up and Payments

Users can top up their Solana wallets to pay for VPN services. Payments are processed on the Solana blockchain, and users are responsible for ensuring that their wallets have sufficient funds to cover service fees.

4.3. Security and Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the security of their Solana wallets and any funds stored within them. Wahoo Software is not liable for any loss of funds due to unauthorized access or other security breaches.

4.4. No Refunds

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all payments made through the Solana blockchain are final and non-refundable. Users should carefully review their transactions before confirming payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wahoo Technology is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Ant VPN. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

6. Modifications to Terms

Wahoo Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
